Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and clear content across various platforms (e.g., websites, blogs, social media, case studies, landing pages and product descriptions).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, tone, and style consistency.
- Make sure all content adheres to brand voice and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, competitor content, and relevant trends to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product teams to develop cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to content calendars, suggesting new ideas and improvements for future content initiatives.
- Accountable for the clarity, accuracy, and consistency of all written materials produced by the content team.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and managing time effectively, both for individual projects and for the team.
- Accountable for content performance metrics such as engagement rates, SEO ranking, conversion rates, etc.
- Ensuring that all content produced reflects and reinforces the brands messaging, voice, and tone across all channels and formats.
- Introduce new content formats or mediums (e.g., video scripts, infographics, interactive content) to expand the brands reach and engagement.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in best practices for search engine optimization, including keyword research and content optimization techniques.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or others.
- Familiar with editing tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar.
- Understanding of basic HTML to make adjustments when necessary in digital content.
